Enrollment emails go to spam folder

Problem

I don’t see my enrollment email(s) coming in.

Solution

Beyond Identity has verified that our outbound email server IP is not blacklisted. The verification has been done by different anti-spam blacklisting providers.

In case your email system still classifies our enrollment emails as spam, you should check your spam folder, or ask your IT department to help to dig into the spam in the email server. Proper whitelisting of our domains by your IT department should be applied before a production rollout occurs.
