    2. Version number(s) that you have (Beyond Identity Authenticator, OS, browser, etc.)

    3. Describe the actions and exact steps that you are taking (screenshots help a lot)

    4. Any steps that have been attempted so far to resolve the issue.

  2. Open a support ticket in the web portal or email support@beyondidentity.com.
